Duty Manager / Front Office Shift Management (m/f/d)

You give orientation when many things come together. At the front office, many things come together at the same time: A guest needs a quick solution, a question arises in the team and the next handover must be prepared. As Duty Manager (m/w/d), you are present at these moments, setting priorities and ensuring that the layer runs smoothly, professionally and reliably. You coordinate the processes at the front office, support your team in operational everyday life and are responsive to our guests, especially when a situation needs more attention. You work closely with the Reception Manager and the other departments and make sure that information arrives where it is needed. Your job with us You coordinate the front office operations of your shift and ensure a reliable daily business. You will take guests' requests, special wishes and complaints and take care of suitable solutions. You support the team in running operation, pass on knowledge and help set priorities. Together with the Reception Manager, you implement our service and quality standards. For complete handovers and clear agreements with the operating departments involved. You support and relieve the Night Manager if necessary. That's what you bring Professional experience in front office or hotel business and pleasure in taking responsibility within one shift. Organizational talent, clear communication and a good sense for the concerns of guests and team. Individual initiative, flexibility and the ability to act in a solution-oriented manner even in demanding situations. Current knowledge of German and English. A valid license of class B.
