We are looking for shift guides for the department of embossing and frame construction

Leadership and organisation of employees and employee-related topics during the shift Monitoring the production process and production dates Support as supervision but also direct cooperation in production Administrative tasks (e.g. shift plans, documentation, reports etc.) Cross-departmental communication and reporting Operations planning, shift transfer and support of employees and their development in the context of human resources management Disorder management and problem solving Execution of new employees and temporary staff by working instructions Guided Tour
