Senior Project Manager Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

Own-responsible planning, implementation and successful implementation of complex investment and plant engineering projects with millions of budgets Combining and coordinating interdisciplinary areas as well as external partners into a powerful project team Responsibility for appointment, cost and quality goals including budget planning, risk management and transparent project controlling Ensuring smooth cooperation between all internal and external project participants and coordination with authorities and other stakeholders Further development of project standards, processes and structures as well as regular reporting of project progress to management

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field Multiannual experience in managing complex investment or plant engineering projects with high budget responsibility, ideally in the circular economy Technical understanding of industrial plants and experience in handling interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation combined with pronounced communication and organizational skills Good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness to regularly travel within Germany and occasionally to European countries
