You support and control Identity & Access Management (IAM) and User Access Management (UAM), including authorization assignment, access adjustments and regular access reviews. You carry out compliance and control activities within the framework of SOX, ISO and IT governance requirements and assists in the performance testing of controls. You identify control vulnerabilities, accompany measures to resolve and ensure a comprehensible and audit-compliant documentation. You support internal and external audits by providing necessary evidence, documentation and information. You analyze existing IAM processes and drive their optimization and automation forward. You advise specialist areas and application managers on access requirements and work closely with technical teams to implement secure and compliant authorization concepts. You support users, companies and teams in IAM-related questions and inquiries about the ticket system.

Embossed communication and team skills in exchange with disciplines, audit teams and IT stakeholders. German and English knowledge of at least B2 level; relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft SC-300, ITIL, CISA or CISM) are a plus.
