Senior Controller – Internationale Finance-Karriere / CFO‑Track (m/f/d)

As Finance Controller (m/w/d) you support Hilti Deutschland AG throughout the Financial Performance Management Process. In this role, you are responsible for the preparation, coordination and execution of all FP&A as well as controlling activities, including monthly and annual accounts, rolling forecast, cost controlling and business partnering. This gives you a strong technical basis for your further career development within Hilti Finanz.

In addition, you live the business partner role, for example for managing the market organization, the finance management team such as the CFO, the lines of the shared service center or indirect procurement. You are an important contact person for business performance questions (conversion, margin & profit) and for evaluating business cases.

In various cross-functional and international projects, you also have a variety of opportunities to use your conceptual skills and stakeholder management skills to develop and implement solutions independently and/or in the team.

You have a degree in business management, economics, etc., with the focus on finance, controlling or accounting. You have relevant internships and/or over 3 years of relevant professional experience in the financial function of a company, in an audit or consulting firm. You have already demonstrated your analytical skills and targeted thinking in project management. You enjoy working with people, are a team player and have strong communication skills. You are versed in all MS Office applications. You communicate fluently in German and English and convincingly across all functions and hierarchies. In the medium term, you are internationally moving for a career with exciting further tasks within the Hilti Group.
