R&D Project/Technology Manager (m/f/d)

You conduct a complex technology management field and tax several R&E projects. You identify, initiate and evaluate new and advanced technologies in the context of our technology strategy. You control dates, costs and project progress to achieve the defined technology maturity. You build a network of internal experts, customers, suppliers and research institutes, and you'll be careful. You present and represent the projects as well as technology topics in the inside and outside. You are responsible for the entire process of ideas generation through assessment, prioritization and project planning to completion. You are responsible for compliance with the deadline and budget plan as well as for the economic consideration of all technology management projects.

You have a completed engineer or Economic studies and has an IPMA-Level‐C or PMP certification. You have sound innovation, project and R&E management, ideally in the maritime environment, with at least 5 years of professional experience. You think conceptually and analytically, you can work quickly and purposefully into new tasks. You master German and English at a very high level. You convince with strong communication, presentation and negotiation capabilities. You trade independently, independently and structured and have experience in team and employee management. You have extensive interface and process competence in all areas of an industrial company.
