Your Responsibilities You describe and compare relevant manufacturing methods for radial runners and develop a selection matrix with criteria such as quality, cost, lead time, and risk. The matrix serves as a decision-making tool for the bid phase of a project. You maintain and optimize the mechanical data sheet for radial runners and ensure consistent data for quotation and engineering purposes, including database maintenance and cross-departmental collaboration. The collection and updating of 3D models of turbine blade will be part of your responsibilities, and you will ensure clear rules for data storage and labeling. You analyze various check sheets (formulas, macros, data flows), correct errors in Visual Basic code, and increase robustness and user-friendliness (error handling, input validation, performance). For selected Pelton bucket designs, you extract parameterized design variable from the 3D model (e.g., angles, thicknesses, radii), document them in a similar, and store them in a central database so that You are available for analysis, comparison, and reuse.
