Working in the team: You are actively involved in our operations team from day one and support our experienced operations managers in optimizing our internal processes and processes with customers and partners Responsibility: You’ll start meaningful ad hoc reports for management and postbooking team in Excel and other tools Improve product: You actively test and analyze technological trends (e.g. Machine Learning and ChatGPT) to further improve our processes Realizing ideas: You bring your ideas and develop new features to provide our customers with high added value Measure and ensure quality: You carry out extensive analyses of potential improvement and operational efficiency improvements
