Handling claim and contract management, including strategic considerations Advising project/construction management regarding additional demands or claim Performing optimised and providing consulting services Ensuring contract-related documentation compliance Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders Collaborating closely with internal construction law experts using an integrated consulting approach throughout all project phases Supporting construction sites on location

Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable field; specialization in construction management and construction economics is an advantage Relevant professional experience as a claims and change order manager in international project Profound professional experience and expertise in construction management, construction law, construction scheduling, and cost estimation, e.g., as a site manager (m/f/d) or in an engineering consultancy Solid experience with international contract law (e.g., FIDIC, Anglo-American law) Professional in MS Office, iTWO, and scheduling software Fluent English skills, both written and spoken Strong teamwork skills within an integrated, interdisciplinary work environment, combined with a confident demeanor Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation abilities
