You bring it:

• Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or Nurse (m/w/d)
• Additional qualification for the practical instructions (m/w/d) or the willingness to complete them
• Empathy and communication strength
• Ability to promote and enthusiasm for trainees
• A lot of heart and passion for nursing

Your tasks:

• You take the professional care, observation and documentation of the residents, control medical devices and trade safely in emergency situations.
• With expertise, patience and enthusiasm, you accompany our trainees in their professional and personal development.
• Instruction situations are creatively designed by you – always meaningfully connected to the goal, theory and practice.
• The development of innovative learning concepts is also part of your repertoire to optimally promote and demand our young talents.
• New colleagues will find a safe start through you: As part of the team, you're looking for a good arrival.
• Through a regular exchange with nursing schools and cooperation partners, you actively contribute to the development of a regional training network.
