Host on board: You are the friendly face of the BRB and the first point of contact for our passengers – with heart, charm and competence. Advice with overview: You can inform about fares, timetables, connections and leisure activities in the region. Ticketing & Control: You are selling tickets, controlling tickets and making them fair. Help with a smile: You support passengers on board and off – whether You are strollers, wheelchairs or heavy luggage. Quality & order: You pay attention to cleanliness, safety and a pleasant stay on the train.

Service mentality: You enjoy dealing with people, a well-kept appearance and a solution-oriented way. Language: You have German knowledge at level B2 (GER). Flexibility: You like to work in shiftwork – whether early, late or weekend – and stay calm even in stressful situations. Physical readiness: A suitcase more or less doesn’t matter to you – you’ll pack where it’s needed. Mobility: You can be used reliably – even without public transport.

Direct entry: Unlimited employment contract from the beginning – with a crisis-proof perspective. Fair remuneration: €2,676 gross/month during training.

After successful training: Attractive salary: 3.230 – 3.398 € gross (depending on the choice model) plus allowances of 250 – 350 € net. Leisure time according to plan: 26 to 41 holiday days – flexibly selectable. Adjusted extras: special payments by tariff and many additional benefits.
