Your tasks: As part of the digitalization team, you shape and accompany our digital transformation with focus on sales and services, modernise processes, implement modern digital tools and accompany the transformation of the organization from classical to omnichannel distribution. With strategic thinking, project management and technical know-how, you are always in line with our vision for innovations in the areas of sales, operations and data architecture. You are the interface between IT, operations and leadership and ensure that digitalization initiatives are implemented in a practical, efficient and value-intensive manner. You develop and implement a roadmap for digitalization initiatives in B2B sales, which is clearly geared to the corporate objectives. You guide and support cross-departmental digitalization projects, such as the further development of our Salesforce Platform, or the implementation of an e-commerce solution, while preserving resources, schedules and business expectations. You prepare the company for technological advances such as AI, unstructured data processing and developments such as digital marketplaces. You promote cultural change to technical affinity and data-driven decisions at all levels. You know which data a (chemistry) trading company generates, analyzes the existing data stock and derives optimization measures and usage potentials therefrom.

Your profile: Experience in the implementation of digitalization projects in the B2B sector, preferably in the chemical industry. Knowledge of digital tools such as CRM (e.g. Salesforce), ERP or PIM systems. Communication strength and ability to work together across departments and convince stakeholders. A high technology and digital competence as well as pragmatic implementation strength. Strategic, solution-oriented thinking and current digital trends. Passion for cultural change and the promotion of digital innovations. Language knowledge in German and English at a very good level
