Head of Assisted Living (m/f/d)

Betreutes Wohnen is a versatile activity with a lot of design space and high self-responsibility. You take care of the services agreed with the service providers by type, size and quality. Your tasks include, in particular, the professional support of the regional teams in the design of staff-centric and social-space-oriented assistance services. You are responsible for the management of personnel, including operational planning, computer-assisted documentation and reporting, as well as compliance with requirements from the QMS. In addition, you ask for the economic success of the representative living by planning and securing the occupancy, incl. Leading initial talks and forms of recordings as well as the further development of conception, offering and working methods. This is done in cooperation with the team management of your area and with the department management. You work closely with competent bodies and offices, actively represent your area in networks and in the social space, and bring your ideas and commitment to our public work and events.

You have a completed study of social work/social education or a comparable qualification and experience in work with people with disabilities and/or mental illnesses/search diseases. You have communication strength, consulting and leadership skills and good knowledge in social law. Your work is characterised by independentness, organizational skill and target orientation. You are convinced of social diversity and inclusion and are looking forward to shaping social participation. You have good computer skills (MS Office) and have a class B licence.
