For our Lerchenstieg housing and assistance offer, we are looking for a leadership personality that represents and develops the offer in the sense of the strategic objectives of the Alsterdorf assistenz west. The Lerchenstieg is centrally located and yet quiet in the popular district and offers 19 people with the most diverse support needs a home. Various offers such as the Millerntor Stadium and the Hamburg Cathedral are almost on the doorstep. Everything is easy to reach by public transport and the district offers a colourful mix of culture, cafes and shopping facilities.

Leadership personality: You lead around 15 employees in an appreciation and targeted manner and secure the framework conditions for qualified assistance. Technical direction: Together with your team, you organize and secure personalised and social-spatial support services that implement the will of our clients. Budget managerr: You achieve your economic budget requirements and ensure that legal requirements, quality standards and internal procedures are reliably implemented. Cooperation partnerin: You connect with internal and external cooperation partners and create a trusted cooperation. As a member of the Altona management team, you are actively introducing your ideas and working together to further develop our offers.

You have a completed study of social education, social management, or comparable social and scientific higher education. You bring several years of professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX) - we presuppose for this position - as well as ideally leadership experience. You represent the values of empowerment and inclusion and lead your employees to value, participative and binding. You convince by safe occurrence, self-responsibility, decision-making strength and enforcement capability – also in exchange with authorities and cooperation partners. You have an economic understanding and have the pleasure of further developing your work area in a future-oriented manner.
