You take over the management and independent supervision of our French and Swiss companies and accompany M&A projects in the international recycling sector Create and review corporate assessments (i.W. DCF analyses) and conduct financial due diligence as well as financial analyses for M&A transactions and Sustainability/ESG investments Technically, you take over the creation and evaluation of monthly and annual accounts, work actively on medium-term and annual planning, harmonize controlling processes and work with the post-Merger integration You always leave: Through your thorough analysis and plausibility check of the reported data from different countries, the international subsidiaries and the German parent company advise you on business issues Extensive tasks in the field of accounting and controlling as well as the support of operational decision-makers complete your exciting task

You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on controlling and/or financial and accounting You also have several years of professional experience in controlling and can also demonstrate experiences with M&A projects Of course you are versed in dealing with MS Excel, working with Power Pivot and Power Query are standard for you Personally, you not only convince with analytical skills and a high number understanding, but also point with a structured and conscientious way of working.
