Operational project management: Full responsibility for the realization of PV open-air and roofing systems and storage solutions in the MW sector Creation, monitoring and continuous adaptation of detailed construction schedules to ensure time accuracy Coordination of construction site equipment, material logistics and personnel deployment planning (internal/external) Two. Interface management (the heart of your work): Central communication level between the customer, the subcontractors and our internal teams for AC, DC and network connection Moderation of construction meetings and regular reporting to team management
2. Quality and cost management: Monitoring of performance quality according to DIN standards and VDE guidelines Current project controlling: Budget monitoring and follow-up management Ensuring work security (SiGeKo-Coordination) on the construction sites
3. Documentation & project completion: Compilation of complete revision documents and project documentation Implementation of formal acceptances with the customer and transfer of turnkey projects

Qualification: A completed study in the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g. commercial training, master/technical electrical engineering with relevant experience) Experience: Funded professional experience in the construction management or project management of technologically demanding major projects (ideally renewable energies, TGA or industrial construction) Technical understanding: You understand the dependencies between DC mounting, AC connection and medium voltage connection Soft Skills: You are strong in German and English (from Monteur to Managing Director) and keeps the cool head in stressful phases Mobility: willingness to travel to support our regional/regional construction sites (Focus Industry)
