The trainee program FOKUS lasts 9 months and prepares you for a clearly defined target position according to the program. At least three months you rotate through various departments to gain exciting insights. So you can develop professionally, deepen your knowledge and build the expertise that is important to your subject area. The Zukunftsschmiede Campus supports you during the trainee program to expand your overtime skills, quickly take responsibility in your target position and network you in the company. You take responsibility from the start and are actively involved in the daily operating business. You will get valuable insights into the fund business and B2B and B2C4B sales, first reporting, and presentations and support in the design and implementation of sales and market editing measures. Get to know different teams and processes and build a strong internal network. You start with an extensive introduction and step by step become an expert on the fund business and the needs of our cooperative banks. From the outset, you are active in the day-to-day operating business and support your team in managing the banks. You see how we develop sales channels – also digitally – and shape the future of sales with omnichannel models. You learn how we plan and implement sales promotion measures, organize customer events and workshops (digital and analogue) and thus increase our sales success. You benefit from regular product training and training that will make you fit to integrate our strategies, products and solutions in the banking consultancy process. You build a strong internal network where you are closely accompanied by experienced senior mentor colleagues. Valuable insights into their daily business are included. You actively drive innovations by thinking, developing sales and developing innovative solutions. In doing so, you are proactively introducing your own impulses to continuously improve our business processes and customer approach.
