Our digital experts develop interdisciplinary and customer-centric digital solutions on topics such as standard market remuneration or the creation of regulatory frameworks for organizations. Our Digital team is a small, agile team, embedded in a medium-sized company – a kind of startup in the established company. In our team, in addition to Sales Specialist, Data Scientists, Product Managers:inside and Marketing Specialists, work across several locations throughout Germany. At the next time we are looking for a Sales Consultant Digital Solutions (m/w/d) in the Team Digital of the Compensation & Performance Management division at the Cologne or Hamburg locations in full or part time.

You accompany our customers: on their way to a fair and fair remuneration structure by using our tools and databases (SaaS) The focus of your activity is on the acquisition of new customers and the implementation of mostly digital consultations via teams. Your (potential) customers:inside are experts:inside from the HR departments of companies of any size – from SMEs to listed companies. It should therefore be easy for you to flexibly engage at any time on demanding conversation partners or critical questions in the customer talks You build long-term relationships with our customers: in addition, you support the development of suitable solutions for all remuneration and personnel topics You actively participate in the continuous design of our customer journey You want to introduce yourself and your skills in further projects with more professional colleagues:

You have a successfully completed commercial training (even with building qualifications) or a completed study Your well-founded sales successes are ideally collected in the distribution of products or services in the areas of consulting, brokerage, finance, insurance etc. The customer is at the heart of you – you can thus achieve a concise demand analysis by listening well, and you will find not only the concrete solution from your consulting portfolio but also points of contact for cross-selling. You seem convincing, you are strong in communication and have a winning being.
