And with you, we are now looking for someone who implements these systems on site at our airport customers in the Berlin area. As a reliable contact person, you are responsible for the organisation and control of the timely order execution, as well as for the delivery of technical services in the building sections/structures you have transferred in the area of building security. They instruct, control and monitor the professionally assigned personnel, trainees, entrepreneurs and suppliers in terms of work performance, quality of work, compliance with working hours and appointment requirements. They ensure the timely availability of personnel and materials. They serve as an interface to planners, project managers, as well as specialist departments and participate in construction meetings, regulatory decreases, etc. They are responsible for the permanent setpoint/actual comparison of the order services, collect risks and act proactively in the project controlling and follow-up management. They comply with the legal and regulatory requirements and the relevant normative requirements. They identify the need for extension or modification of existing systems and systems and actively address this in the project team. The accompaniment of acceptances and the preparation of billable order documents complete your task profile.

Education: They have a completed professional training of at least three years with experience and/or completion as technicians, craftsmen or comparable additional qualification or Experience. Experience and know-how: You have several years of professional experience and good knowledge in the installation and commissioning of buildings and safety equipment (especially KGR 440, 450, 480 HOAI) as well as knowledge in building law (e.g. VOB, HOAI). Qualification: They can have technical knowledge and advanced knowledge of DIN-VDE, MLAR, VdS, VOB/B and general contract law. Personality and working methods: They are characterised by independent reliable operation, enforcement and organisational strength, liability, customer and target orientation, resilience and a high level of team capacity. IT knowledge: knowledge in MS 365, MS-Project and AutoCAD basic knowledge are of advantage. Mobility: Class B driving licence and regional readiness to travel.
