Team Leader Sales (m/f/d)

The RSAG is the first contact person on waste in the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis. The RSAG is the leading disposal service provider in the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis with its approximately 600,000 inhabitants. We are a municipal company that is constantly evolving with a view to modern and sustainable waste management. More than 500 employees from the various business units are in diverse customer contacts and relationships with private and commercial waste producers. The RSAG AöR is looking for a*n as soon as possible in the Customer Management division Teamleiter (m/w/d) with focus on sales growth, customer development and new customer acquisition.

The place is limited to 2 years.

You run the sales team professionally and organizationally You maintain and develop existing customer relationships continuously You build our customer base through active new customer acquisition You take over the execution of sales talks as well as the creation and submission of customer-specific offers You are responsible for the design and implementation of sales promotional advertising measures[TR1] in coordination with our corporate communication You process alerts from existing or potential customers You develop individual waste management and recovery concepts You evaluate the sales activities and derive measures You are responsible for the price maintenance or adjustment of sales customers Working with special projects (e.g. redesigning our price list) You maintain a close exchange with internal interfaces

You have a completed commercial training ideally with additional qualification in the area of sales, management or waste management Very good knowledge of relevant legislation, including circulatory law, land waste law, industrial waste regulation, types of waste and definitions, etc. You have a pronounced rhetorical and organizational skill – you can meet the needs of the various departments and our customers individually. You like to work in the team and go to different personalities. You bring their own initiative and see potential for improvement. You are inspiring to actively shape and move change processes. You actively contribute the values of the RSAG, such as respect and tolerance, and live a value-assuring coexistence. You are a self-confident and powerful personality and can represent their point of view carefully. You work routined in dealing with current MS Office programs, SAP – preferably SAP Waste. You have the driving licence of Class B (see III).
