• Maintenance of the project status query in the internal database after consultation with the partners to create a topical overview of the construction projects
• Processing of extracts of the status query for project and group leaders
• You are responsible for coordinating the agreed planning services with construction and project managers and with the client
• Preparation of the weekly exchange between acquisition, deployment and planning to discuss the progress of the project
• Ensuring the efficiency and timing of the projects in the planning phase using milestone chains and the agreed SLA's of the planning offices
• Design planning (EP) / execution planning (AP) to the subcontractors and their appointment control

That's what you bring:

• First experience in mobile communication
• Commercial or technical training with degree or teaching
• Basic knowledge of MS Office products
• Flowing German (C1) and good English (B2) in word and writing
