You will accompany the entire process of the applicant's position, from the job advertisement to the selection of personal information and participation in pre-exhibition talks to the presentation. You support the coordination of personnel development measures. You will be able to take part in current personal projects and have the opportunity to take part in your own projects. You support the organization and implementation of various workshops. Create your practical experience and get comprehensive insights into the different personal processes and projects of our people management team.

You will study business management, personnel management, (economic) psychology or a comparable subject, ideally with the high point of personnel. You have first professional experience (practice, student or secondary work), preferably in the staff field. You're safe to move with MS Office and at best bring first SAP knowledge. You have very good German and good English skills. You are characterized by creativity, a self-employed way of work, self-initial and joy in work.
