Active Sourcing for all positions within Mercedes-Benz Consulting GmbH Building and maintaining a sustainable talent strategy and a talent pool Control and optimization of the entire recruiting process (from need clarification to contract conclusion) Close cooperation with departments and Hiring Managers as Sparring partners at eye level Conducting interviews and acquisition-diagnostic discussions and selection procedures Development and implementation of innovative and target group-specific recruiting strategies and selection procedures for different positions and hierarchical levels Analysis of Recruiting metrics and derivation of optimization potentials Strengthen Employer Brand in the relevant talent market in close cooperation with the communications sector, incl. Representation of the company at Recruiting and Career Fairs

Your profile: Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources, psychology, economics or a comparable area Multiannual experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition (including Active Sourcing), ideally in consulting/tech companies or in a dynamic business environment Experience in the use and development of selection instruments and acquisition-diagnostic selection procedures as well as in the development of target-group-specific recruiting strategies as well as new recruiting approaches and models Strong consulting minimum set and ability to challenge different management levels at eye level Impressed strategic and conceptual strength at the same time with high implementation orientation Very good understanding of consulting and/or technology profiles High data and analysis competence for controlling recruiting performance Embossed communication and persuasiveness High consulting competence in handling specialist areas Self-employed, structured and result-oriented work High affinity in the use and targeted use of AI applications within the site e.g. MS Copilot Very good knowledge of German and English More information: The activity is to be filled in full time at the Leinfelden-Echterdingen site at the next possible time and is limited to 2 years.
