Designing software solutions for digital and modern administration, which organize the involvement of citizens: in cities and communities – across Bavaria and Germany. What do you expect from the AKDB? In the Strategy, People & Culture office, you actively shape the future of the AKDB. In your role, you are responsible for building and managing the Expert Learning Journeys for our specialist areas – focusing on artificial intelligence, cloud business and digital business models.

Your task is to translate strategic target images and technical requirements into concrete, scalable learning and enablement offerings and effectively anchor them in campus as well as in specialist areas. You are the central interface between technology strategy and competence building in the Group. Configuring instead of just watching At the Strategy, People & Culture staff unit, you are in the middle and are actively involved in strategic projects relating to organisational development, people management, corporate culture and transformation – and help to put them into practice. Operationalize specialist target images You accept the content requirements and translate them into structured expert journeys with clear learning objectives, skill levels and application reference. Building Expert Journeys as Programs You develop and scale learning paths for different target groups (PM, Dev, Sales, Service) – from foundations to advanced to mastery levels. Screen between Business, Tech and Campus You coordinate the relevant stakeholders and external partners and ensure that all contributions are paid to a coherent enablement system. Communication with substance You design and organize formats in which knowledge, experience and practice come together systematically. You prepare complex content in such a way that it can be understood, relevant and implemented for different target groups.

You have a degree, for example in economics or social sciences, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. You are keenly interested in AI, cloud and digital business models and are happy to work deep into new topics. You communicate with very different stakeholders – from developers:inside through product managers:inside to top management. You work structured, conceptually and at the same time hands-on in the implementation. Experience in Project Management, Product Management, Consulting, Transformation or Enablement is a plus – your drive is crucial to truly building things.
