Your challenge You work with the ADM business units and cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate project scope, schedule and budget for project implementation. To do this, you will lead a team of professionals to carry out various project initiatives within a matrix organization. As a project manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for investment projects from design to commissioning: Project planning & control: Development of comprehensive project plans (time plan, budget, resource allocation) according to ADM Front-End Loading (FEL) Guidelines Project management: leadership of interdisciplinary teams in a matrix organization – from engineering to purchasing to production Risk & Stakeholder Management: Identification of Project Risks, Proactive Communication of Changes and Lead Partners for All Project Participants Compliance & HSE: Ensuring all legal requirements and ADM standards (approvals, safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, HAZOP) Budget & expenditure responsibility: Close cooperation with the CapEx procurement team and accounting for investment planning and controlling Reporting & KPI-Tracking: Monthly progress reports on all project phases and work with defined results In addition, you coordinate the preparation of all documents for commissioning, training and legally prescribed documentation and work closely with external planning offices.

Take this with you: Complete studies in engineering (engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering) or comparable qualification At least 3–5 years of professional experience in project management of technical investment projects, ideally in plant engineering, chemical or food industry Detectional successes in the management of complex projects with budgetary responsibility (project volume from € 0.5 million) flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing – for cooperation with national and international stakeholders Structured, independent operation with high quality standards and hands-on mentality Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strongly desirable (but not an exclusion criterion): Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) or standby for certification Experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6 or comparable) Knowledge of AutoCAD or other technical drawing programs Experience with Brownfield and Greenfield projects TEX knowledge (design and regulations) Funded knowledge in cost planning and commissioning processes of industrial processes Experience in cooperation with external planning offices and various contract models
