HERE WORK: Our customer from the aviation sector in Hamburg is the world's leading supplier of maintenance, repair and overhaul services as well as modifications in the civil aviation industry. With customised maintenance programs and most advanced repair procedures, the company ensures the reliability and availability of aircraft fleets.

THERE HAVES:

• Development, introduction, optimization, standardization and documentation of manufacturing processes, in particular:

• High pressure water jets

• Reinforcement beams

• Application in engine overhaul

• Development and implementation of methods for sustainable process stability and quality assurance

• Technical coordination of equipment planning, development and procurement

• Advising the departments

• Meeting selection decisions

• Management of projects for the development and introduction of new manufacturing processes and repair methods

• Creation, completion and documentation of registration documents incl. Detection of own and manufacturer developments

• design and implementation of instructions and instructions

THE BRINGS WITH:

• Complete studies in engineering (engineering, manufacturing, process or material engineering)
• Experience with high-pressure water and solidification jets
• knowledge of aviation materials, engines and repair processes
• Project experience in management and implementation
• Flowing German and English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Industrial understanding
• knowledge of aviation regulations
