Financial Controls Manager (m/f/d)

Analysis and optimization of processes, in particular in accounting and controlling, identification of potential for improvement and development of appropriate measures in cooperation with the departments and tracking the implementation. Description Finance & Process Management Analysis, Optimization and Documentation of Finance and Accounting Processes Identification of vulnerabilities and development of practical measures Accompanying process adjustments in the course of the upcoming ERP introduction Internal controls & compliance Further development of our internal control system (IKS) Creation and maintenance of process and control descriptions Examination of the effectiveness of existing controls and derivation of meaningful improvements Support for Group-wide compliance requirements (- according to COSO standards) Risk management Implementation of simple risk analyses as well as support for self-assessments deriving and tracking measures to efficiently reduce risks Group-wide cooperation Contact person for internal and external audits Exchange with the teams of our corporate parent company in UK - English is part of your everyday life Occasional on-site audits at locations in Germany

Studies in the field of business management, finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience desirable Good understanding of processes and figures, interest in processes and structures Secure knowledge of German and English Analytical, reliable and someone who likes to improve things rather than manage them only Team-oriented, communicative and pragmatic in handling requirements The place fits well if you e.g. come from the WP, come from accounting and want to see more process and overall context or generally want to develop yourself in the finance environment.
