You serve the test persons before, during and after the treatment, both in the occupational physician's practice and in external appointments You organize the course of speaking time, make appointments, take up the staff of the subjects and conduct the health records Conducting phone calls with professionals, supervisors, executives and external doctors You take over the general correspondence as well as filling out forms and forms Your profile Completed vocational training for medical specialists (MFA) (w/m/d) or comparable training with medical specialist Willingness to complete the training for the medical assistant Very good German skills and fit in MS Office Class B driving licence and readiness to exercise external services Pleasure of continuous training Organisational skills, initiative and time flexibility Communicate team player with safe occurrence Target and result-oriented working style Integrity and absolute reliability in handling confidential test data Your advantages As an employer, excellent social benefits, competitive pay structures and corresponding development opportunities are offered.
