Operational management of production control and material disposition Responsibility for the overall planning and monitoring of the production program including material and capacity planning, for the areas of flat components, mechanical pre-production and assembly Creation of loadable delivery plans taking into account resources, in close coordination with workshop managers, S&OP, order management, purchasing and international suppliers Strategic development of planning and control processes with the aim of high on-time delivery at low stocks Leadership and further development of the team according to modern leadership principles with focus on independent and result-oriented work

Completed study of industrial engineering or related fields Multiannual management experience in production planning and control, ideally in small series production of mechatronic systems Detectable successes in the introduction of systematic planning structures and the optimization of processes to improve efficiency, schedule and stocks Structured, targeted mode of operation and pronounced communication strength, combined with sovereign occurrence Secure application of MS Office as well as ERP systems, preferably SAP German and English knowledge in word and writing

The annual gross fee including special tariff payments is approx. EUR 95,000,- Euro based on 35h / week. (According to the collective agreement M&E, Hamburg and the surrounding area.
