Strategically steer OT topics and professionally lead Together with your team “Projects, Innovation and Governance” you are responsible for managing overriding OT topics and giving the group professional orientation. In doing so, you will ensure that strategic topics are advanced, prioritized and translated into effective actions. Promoting innovation and corporate projects You coordinate the development of innovative OT technologies with your team and accompany group projects from a professional perspective. This ensures that new technologies are not only designed, but also developed with regard to benefits, feasibility and network operation. Create governance and budget management Together with your team, you develop a resilient control model for OT governance and budget management and operate it in everyday life. This gives you transparency, sets clear guidelines and ensures that resources are used effectively and targeted. Bringing Directives and Standards into Implementation You work with your team to create and implement policies and regulations. This ensures that regulatory, technical and organisational requirements are taken into account reliably in practice. Future topics in the network You and your team support concepts for the flexibilisation of the network, for the smartification of medium and low voltage as well as for the use of new technologies. To help you make the networks fit for new requirements and actively shape the transformation of the energy industry. Working together in the Group and in research projects You will be introducing yourself into the leadership model of the E.ON Group as well as in corporate and research projects. You work closely with other areas and societies, share knowledge, develop common solutions and strengthen the role of OT in a larger overall context. Take responsibility also in operation If necessary, you will participate in the standby service and contribute to ensuring that we remain operational even during ongoing operations and reliably secure our critical infrastructure.

Technical basis You have a successfully completed university degree or are Master or Technicians with professional experience. This gives you the basis to safely classify and develop complex technical, organizational and economic issues. Understanding control and economic relationships You know commercial processes and their mode of operation and you know how control mechanisms are used meaningfully. This helps you to make decisions not only technically, but also economically viable. Methodological strength in processes and cooperation You bring together method skills for group dynamic processes and for the design of processes and structures. This allows you to effectively advance themes in the team, moderate cooperation and develop sustainable processes. Technological understanding in the OT environment You have a good understanding of existing and new information technologies in the OT field. This openness helps you to classify technological developments and, together with others, translate them into meaningful solutions for network operation. Experience in energy management and critical infrastructure You know the requirements of the energy industry and bring experience in the environment of critical infrastructures. You can realistically evaluate opportunities and risks and take responsibility in a sensitive environment.
