Team Leader Electrical Engineering & Automation Technology (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the field of Electrical & Automation Engineering and actively contribute to their further development. You take over the independent management and control of development projects in the field of Electrical & Automation Engineering and accompany them through all project phases – from planning to successful implementation. Ensure the implementation of the projects in line with the deadline, quality and budget and coordinate the cooperation of all the departments involved. You control the interface management between development (mechanics as well as electrical/automatization), purchasing, manufacturing, sales and customers and ensure transparent and structured communication. With your technical know-how, you bring new ideas and solutions and support the continuous development of processes, methods and tools in engineering. In addition, you contribute to the definition of product development strategies and introduce your technical and conceptual impulses.

Complete technical studies (Bachelor/Master), e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or systems engineering, ideally related to mechanical engineering You have at least three years of experience in staff management Multiannual experience in technical project management, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, automation or mechanical engineering Impressed communication and organisational ability and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Very good German knowledge (at least level B2)
