The 4 star superior hotel “edita” is a conference and wellness hotel and is located in the beautiful Scheidegg in the Allgäu. The facility includes 93 rooms and suites, seven meeting rooms, two restaurants with a total of 200 seats and a panoramic outdoor terrace, as well as a lounge bar and a private dining room. The house also offers a wellness area with an infinity pool, private spa chalets, five different saunas, a fitness room, a beauty spa department and a relaxation room over two floors with stunning panoramic views.

You will prepare our international guests a perfect start to the day and provide a warm atmosphere during breakfast. You assume the operational responsibility for the entire breakfast service. You lead, motivate and coordinate our breakfast team. You are responsible for opening and dismantling the breakfast buffet in cooperation with the team. You take care of the filling of food and beverages as well as compliance with hygiene standards and the execution of cleaning work in the restaurant area. You ensure a smooth running of the breakfast service – from preparation to preparation.

You ideally have relevant professional experience in breakfast service or in comparable areas of hotel industry/gastronomy. Service orientation and team spirit are yours – you like to work with people and for people. We require very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge. Your positive radiance and high commitment make you an estimated team member.
