Cloud & KI Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

With this newly created site, we offer you a central role in building a strategically important cloud & AI platform in a cross-functional team consisting of IT, data science and corporate strategy, as well as close cooperation with the IT leadership in strategically relevant projects. Completed STEM study or relevant comparable professional experience Multiannual Experience as Cloud & AI Engineer, Software Engineer or Platform Engineer Very good understanding of modern cloud architectures and platform concepts Experience in designing and building scalable, cloud-based systems Structured, solution-oriented operation High level of self-initiative, sense of responsibility and structured work in building and developing central cloud and AI platforms Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to convey complex technical facts in a comprehensible and addressable manner Balanced combination of conceptual thinking and “hands-on” mentality to implement practical solutions deep understanding of modern cloud and AI technologies, architectures and trends; Experience in developing GenAI applications desirable Secure appearance and strong communication skills in exchange with internal stakeholders and external service providers as well as team-oriented cooperation and active knowledge transfer Experience in the insurance sector or a comparable regulated environment is advantageous Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
