Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gerlingen-Schillerhöhe As part of our team, you will take over the implementation of the compliance management systems (e.g. risk management system) in the field of customs value law. You will also make strategic decisions regarding customs matters of the Bosch Group and control the worldwide uniform interpretation. The independent analysis of legal changes in customs value law and the initiation of a targeted implementation to ensure compliance is carried out by you. They initiate process improvements and are responsible for the standardization and optimization of customs value processes in coordination with other departments. The management and cooperation in cross-area and cross-border projects to implement operational and/or legal requirements in customs value law is also part of your tasks. Last but not least, you are responsible for drawing up opinions for associations and authorities in the context of customs value law consultations.

Education: completed university studies in law, business management, economic engineering or a comparable course of study or the dipl. Financial economist ( Customs department) experience and know-how: several years of professional experience in customs consulting, customs administration or the customs department of an international company with a focus on customs value law; experience in designing and implementing processes and GRC systems in the field of customs value within a matrix structure; broad process understanding (E2E process thinking) Personality and working methods: You are a team player and are characterized by your communicative nature; They work organized and structured, act independently and enduring; Your safe appearance and your quick understanding of new tasks are your strengths; Your presentation skills, creativity and problem-solving skills complete your profile Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
