Cost controlling of several new construction projects including nominal actual comparisons and deviation analyses Monthly reporting to management and financing partners, monitoring of building financing Construction and development of standardized controlling tools, templates and processes Liquidity controlling and cooperation in economic and scenario analyses Interface function between construction, transaction, sales, personnel, fund/asset management, etc. Support in the audit process (including user support, training, administration) Payment releases within a defined framework and other special commercial tasks

Commercial training or studies (BWL/Financial/Controlling or the like) Experience in project controlling, ideally in real estate/construction or investment environment Very good Excel skills, high number affinity and structured working Communication strength, sense of responsibility and team orientation
