In the center of your work: Creation of HR data queries and evaluations Personal processing of HR data requests taking into account data protection requirements, including accurate data processing for various (local and global) stakeholders Support in ensuring data quality, e.g. performance of data quality checks Support in the development & maintenance of HR dashboards, e.g. performance of user tests Help in planning and implementing automated self-service BI data solutions, e.g. in Power BI Support for RTD-Forecast This is your team: You are part of a closely linked and highly motivated team, mainly at Munich. Currently immatricated in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Psychology or a related area Very good Excel identifiers for data query, data evaluation and data processing First experiences with databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL), Excel queries (e.g. DAX) or Power BI Interest in HR topics and a basic awareness of data protection requirements Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and the willingness to learn new tools quickly Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
