With the ADAC you have a practical partner that offers you such a working environment and allows you to gain insights into practice in various areas. You can apply your knowledge directly from your studies and contribute to helping other people. You support the technical support and further development of the IT application system PORTA II, the web service interface to third-party systems, as well as the interfaces to internal systems, together with the department manager for PORTA II. In addition, you support the inclusion and documentation of requirements of different stakeholders. The formulation of technical requirements, execution of acceptance tests, documentation of the test performance, including the result and error documentation, also counts among your tasks. In addition, you support the professional (3rd-level) support for enquiries/error messages of approx. 700 partner sites related to PORTA II.

You are an intangible student in the technical or economic field with a focus on IT. You have a high understanding of IT systems at user level as part of the processing of the various tasks. When dealing with MS Office you are safe. A structured and solution-oriented procedure is of course for you.
