You are working on major public construction measures in the East Westphalia region in in interdisciplinary construction projects with different disciplines. You provide planning services or sub-planning services according to HOAI in the field of electrical engineering, including the planning of needs and the preparation of feasibility studies In the selection and contracting of freelance services, you will work with You are responsible for the control, quality and performance of externally contracted engineering offices and exporting firms You work closely with project participants and support department management by providing expert advice You work in the planning, awarding, control and billing of construction services You take over project management services in demanding construction projects that meet the climate policy objectives of the NRW by certification and contribute to CO2 savings

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/Master/ Bachelor) of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Energy and building technology or in a comparable field or You can successfully complete theto the state-tested technicianin or Completion as a masterin in the field of electrical engineering and a professional experience of at least four years (technistin)/ five years (master*in) in an occupation of engineering degree (e.g. by means of work certificates). Further requirements: Ideally, you have a multiannual professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the real estate sector You are open to new tasks and are happy to work in new work processes Cross-departmental action is natural for you and you are happy to communicate with internal and external speakers You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz You provide reliable knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing).

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately € 51,460,00 – approx. € 82,590,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pension provision). It is possible to carry out the same status of the applicants up to an A 12 LBesO A grade office.
