Projektmanager (m/w/d)

This is your field of action: They represent and support management in all operational and strategic matters with sound analyses and recommendations for action. They control construction, refurbishment and modernization projects in compliance with cost, appointment and quality objectives. They prepare owner, committee and board meetings, take part and represent the interests of our Kreissparkasse Heidenheim Immobilien + Hausverwaltungen. They conduct contract negotiations with service providers, tenants and partners in the field of facility management and conclude contracts. They ensure compliance with statutory requirements in building management and quality standards.

This distinguishes you: They have completed vocational training or studies, ideally in the real estate sector. They bring several years of professional experience in the home administration. They have well-founded knowledge of contract, construction and rental law as well as in building management. They convince by entrepreneurial thinking, strong negotiating strength and keenness to decide. They act responsibly, communicate clearly and bring a high degree of self-initiative.
