QM System Engineer (m/f/d)

You support the approval of the existing quality management system by external certification companies (ISO 9001/EN‐9100) and the BAAINBw (AQAP 2110/2210/2310). You represent and represent the quality management system internally and externally (customers, suppliers, authorities, certifiers). You'll plead the process landscape and the control works documents in coordination with the respective document and process owners to ensure system compliance. You carry out training and moderate workshops on process topics and the quality management system. You identify QM problems and risks and initiate measures such as expertise and deviation analyses. You plan, conduct and document internal and external audits and coordinate the tracking of deviations and potential for improvement. You develop the quality management system into an integrated management system and integrate further disciplines (environment, energy, work protection, data protection, information protection).

You have a technical university degree (machine engineering, electrical engineering, shipbuilding, computer science, etc.) and several years of professional experience in relevant areas. You have experience with quality management measures in project work and project execution as well as knowledge of the basic QM standards (ISO 9001, EN 9100, AQAP 2110/2210/2310). You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are safe in handling the current MS-Office programs. You appear confidently and convince by communication strength. You work independently, structured and extremely accurate. You bring your own initiative and work effectively in the team.
