Administration and development of hybrid IT infrastructure (Windows Server, vmWare ESXi, Azure, etc.) Operation and expansion of the company's own network and telephony infrastructure Management of users, groups, permissions in Active Directory & Entra ID Installation, automated rollout and support of applications Implementation of user training Second-level support within the ticketing system and support of keyusers in the respective departments Procurement of hardware and software in cooperation with defined suppliers Providing, configuring and managing terminals with Microsoft Intune Participation in IT security measures, in particular patch management, endpoint protection, backup and authorization concepts)

Complete vocational training in the IT sector or comparable qualification Good knowledge in managing Windows and vmWare environments Good knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, especially Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 Knowledge in the field of network and security concepts Experience with remote desktop solutions, such as Citrix, of advantage Self-employed, careful and structured work Communication strength, flexibility and service orientation German Treatable, very good English skills Readiness to travel to our national companies to a lesser extent Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape IT at RIDI
