Employee Transport Management - Inbound / Outbound (m/f/d)

Shipment and customs processing: production and processing of all shipping and customs documents in compliance with and monitoring relevant customs periods. Transport Management & Monitoring: Organisation of standard and special transports and proactive monitoring of delivery dates (inbound and outbound). Examination of stocks and differences: installation of deliveries as well as independent clarification of deliveries, sub- or mis deliveries in close coordination with the purchase. Freight Controlling & Tender Support: Checking freight bills, recovering shipment evidence and support for freight alerts (Freight Tenders). Portalcare & master data: master data maintenance (parts/packaging) as well as consignment maintenance in specific customer and original equipment (OE) portals. Complaints & Reporting: Professional processing of transport damage, compilation of regular evaluations and the systematic storage of freight documents.

Qualification: Completed commercial training, ideally as a merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services or wholesale and foreign trade. Professional experience: At least 3 years of well-founded experience in order processing, preferably within the automotive industry. IT knowledge: Safe handling of MS Office applications and practical experience in SAP. Language competence: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for smooth communication in the international environment. Methodological-analytical thinking combined with a structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation. Soft Skills: communication-strong personality with a pronounced service orientation, fast conception and team spirit.
