System Engineer IT (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Service design and architecture of secure mobile solutions
• Supporting projects as a technical expert for mobile, scaling solutions
• Planning, construction and extension of the EMM infrastructure for safe mobile devices
• Close coordination with other architecture teams
• Continuous improvement of services taking into account the technological trends, production and updating of documentation
• Technical advice of service management and customers
• 2nd level support with manufacturer communication for the responsible products

Your profile:

• Bachelor in an IT course or a recognized vocational training in an IT training profession, alternatively min. 8 years of experience in IT
• Knowledge in Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• know-how in IT service management, at least at levels of the ITIL Foundation as well as Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Detectable experience in VMWare, Workspace ONE as well as Android and IOS
• Experience with Secusmart SecuSUITE for Samsung Knox and Linux desirable
• Professional experience in the design of mobile enterprise solutions with VS-NfD Inf
