Your field of activity includes the following main tasks: Management of securities orders: controlling the entire order management process for our demanding asset management customers – from new openings and deposits to restructurings to strategic collective orders. Precision in view: seamless monitoring and control of all transactions and ensuring smooth execution of customer orders. Quality assurance of mandates: verification of compliance with contractual investment limits and proactive adaptation of portfolio structures for deviations. Sales support: Creating meaningful, standardised investment proposals and presentations as well as technical support for our sales units in all matters relating to asset management. Reporting & Documentation: Participation in the quarterly reports, acquisition of fund mandates and maintenance and updating of information channels in the intranet and extranet.

You show a structured, responsible and independent way of working. You can also convince by your high service orientation and performance motivation. Embossed team skills, loadability and a fast conception feature. In addition, you have a very good quality and communication behavior. You will also bring: Completed training as a bank clerk Multiannual professional experience in banking Securities knowledge and, at best, practical experience in securities settlement Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Knowledge of the use of Expersoft’s portfolio management system PM1 or comparable systems
