In order to support our team in the contract management department at the Montabaur office, we are looking for you as a follow-up manager (m/w/d).

Your tasks include:

• Legal, technical and constructional processing of all supplements in construction and engineering contracts
• Quality management in the field of yield
• Supporting/assisting external engineering offices
• Participation and support in call procedures according to § 18.2 VOB/B and legal disputes in cooperation with the specialist departments or the Department of Law and the GB Right of the Central Highway

You should bring this with you:

• Successfully completed (specialized) university studies, preferably with a focus on civil engineering, economics with a focus on building and comparable knowledge and experience

That would be desirable:

• Practical professional experience as well as reliable knowledge in the follow-up management, preferably in the field of road construction, in particular in-depth knowledge of the VOB, the BGB, the HOAI, in the follow-up claim management, in construction and calculation
• Experiences with post-production based on the above-mentioned manuals HVA B-StB or HVA F-StB experience and contract processing according to HVA
• IT affinity as well as safe handling of common office applications as well as ideally experience dealing with iTWO, SAP or comparable tools
• Experience with digital contract or Postal workflows desirable

Group of charges: E12

The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group. The individual determination of the fee level depends on the requirements of the MTV motorway.
