Preparation of construction projects in coordination with our clients or the internal project development department Coordination of the project team and the project participants in all phases of project realisation up to key completion Subcontracting of subcontractors Control of your own building team Control of construction production processes in cooperation with the local construction management Cost and appointment controlling Refund management Disposition of personnel and large technology Ensure compliance with valid regulations, directives and operational regulations

A completed civil engineering degree (FH/TH) (required) Multiannual professional experience as project manager or construction manager in SF - construction. Management qualities, ambitious, open, dynamic, flexible and perseverance, economic and commercial thinking Organizational skill, open mind, team skills, commitment Team spirit, Will someone else to develop Excellent communication skills and are particularly contactable at all levels Knowledge of computer systems such as MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) and planning programs (e.g. Asta or MS Project) German knowledge of C1 level is required for this position
