First-class consulting: You are the first point of contact for our customers with technical questions and advises confidently on the optimal use of the software VOIS|MESO. Quality Assurance & Testing: You accompany software changes from the first idea to the rollout, perform tests and ensure that extensions work smoothly. Interface management: You work closely with our helpdesk and act as a qualified interface to the software manufacturer by formulating precise error messages and optimization requests. Project reference: Support the introduction of new modules or the extension of existing procedures You are active on site or remote.

Foundation: You have completed a training as an administrative specialist (m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. Ideally, you already have practical experience in reporting. IT-Affinity: A safe handling of the current MS Office applications is obvious to you; the incorporation into new system environments understand you as an exciting challenge. Communication talent: You have a safe, binding appearance and the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way. For this, you can bring at least German knowledge at the C1mit language level. Service mentality: empathy, social competence and a pronounced solution orientation are what you distinguish – even if it becomes stressful. Mobility: To support our projects, you will bring a valid class B driver license.
