Master's degree in (economic)engineering, BWL or in a comparable degree course Experience in a management consultancy focusing on transport, mobility or infrastructure or alternatively on a strategic role within the railway industry Experience in implementing challenging projects – always with a clear view of the impact, efficiency and innovation Cooperation in the team and with clients at eye level with simultaneous sovereign appearance, empathy and design will Strategic thinking, analytical sharpness and entrepreneurial drive Safe communication in German and English Flexibility and readiness for international projects
