Successfully completed studies in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in a comparable technical function Process engineering knowledge in relevant coating and processing technologies (e.g. solvent coating, extrusion) and in thermal and chemical processes are desirable Experience in the application of lean methods and continuous improvement processes Knowledge of methods of quality analysis (e.g. SPC, Ishikawa, FMEA, Six Sigma) Self-employed, earnings-oriented and methodological work Embossed Analytical Skills High affinity for IT systems and digital applications Embossed team capability combined with enforcement capability Very good communication skills in German and English
