IT Project Employee – Medical Technology (m/f/d)

List of inventories and master data: Care of our medical device inventory (WaveWare) - Customizing, catalog and master data maintenance, form creation, EMTEC balance, migration of external inventory directories and import of test data from external service providers. Digitization of processes: participation in projects for the digitization of administrative processes - such as instruction documentation, contract and procurement management. IT security of connected medical devices: support in the detachment of outdated operating systems and the implementation of the IEC 80001. Analysis and reporting: building up KPIs, evaluations and analyses as a basis for controllable processes. Technical support: Support of department management in IT-related positions.

Graduated high- or specialist training in (medical) informatics, medical technology or a comparable field - or an equivalent practical qualification. Secure handling of SQL-based databases ( queries and evaluations). Basic understanding in the area of information and data security or a strong interest in working here. A structured, analytical method and the claim to understand and develop processes. Ready to be incorporated into a system for networked facility management (WaveWare). Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Advantage: Experience with a vFM system (WaveWare or vFM from Loy & Hutz). Knowledge of the risk management of connected medical devices (IEC 80001). Knowledge in Medical Device Law (MDR 2017/745, MPDG, MPBettriebV). Experience in agile or hybrid project management. We do not require a structured incorporation into WaveWare and the medical-technical processes.
